How We Serve

Community Programs & Outreach

Our programs extend beyond the walls of our facilities — connecting residents with Stark County employers, service agencies, and civic organizations.

Community Service Projects
Residents complete community service through lawn care for the elderly, school speaking engagements, community trash clean-ups, and assistance to local nonprofits. Every resident completes at least 6 hours during their stay.
Employer Partnerships
CRC case managers maintain active relationships with Canton-area employers, connecting residents with job opportunities and providing employers with reliable, motivated workers committed to rebuilding their lives.
Referral & Re-entry Network
Working with the Ohio Adult Parole Authority, Bureau of Community Sanctions, and local courts, CRC provides a structured bridge between incarceration and independent community living for Stark County residents.
DADS Fatherhood Program
The 24/7 DADS program strengthens the bonds between incarcerated fathers and their children — improving outcomes for entire families and reducing recidivism by rebuilding the relationships that matter most.
PREA Compliance & Safety
CRC is fully PREA accredited since 2015. Our zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment and abuse — backed by rigorous staff training and anonymous reporting — protects every person in our care.
Victim Awareness Education
Restorative programming that builds genuine empathy and accountability by helping residents understand the real impact of crime on victims, families, and the broader Stark County community.
