Referrals
Referrals are made to Community Restoration Centers of Stark County by Unit Managers/Administrators, APA Field Staff and local judges, and by the Bureau of Community Sanctions.
Each referral will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Referrals will not be denied admission on the basis of race, creed or national origin. However, residency is limited.
Referral Process


Referrals are made to Community Restoration Centers of Stark County by Unit Managers/Administrators, APA Field Staff and local judges, and by the Bureau of Community Sanctions.

Referrals may be rejected if:
- Convicted on the charge of arson
- Convicted of a sex offense
- Extreme mental, physical or learning disability, when present treatment needs are determined to be beyond the scope of resources available to CRC.
Referrals may be made to the:
- Residential Halfway House Program
- Electronic Monitoring Program (GPS)
- Rejuvenation House (CRC)
